At Stroia, we have the most amazing team of dance instructors who are dedicated to helping students grow and improve in both technique and life skills.

  • Alicia Le has been a part of Stroia for over 30 years. Alicia's primary training was under the instruction and direction of Carlos Cornel Stroia; Alicia has had additional training from Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and the Bolshoi Ballet Academy. Alicia is a graduate from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Medical Science and Pre-Physical Therapy. Her education has played an important role in her instruction as this aids in understanding correct alignment, proper muscle building, and injury prevention. Additionally, Alicia holds certification via Bolshoi Ballet Academy for both Pre-Ballet and level 1 Ballet.  Alicia has been teaching at Stroia for over 15 years and is excited to continue her journey as owner and director.

    She has performed in many of the past company productions, including Swan Lake Act II, Grand Pas de Quatre, Peter and the Wolf, and Les Sylphides. As well, she has performed in many of Stroia’s original productions of Texas Dream, Shadows of a Thought, Silhouettes, Halloween Awakening, and Be My Valentine. She has performed prestigious variations such as Gamzatti from La Bayadere, Kitri from Don Quixote, Liza from La fille Mal Garde, Aurora from Sleeping Beauty, Myrtha from Giselle, both the Black & White Swan from Swan Lake, excerpts from Divertissemento, several variations from Paquita as well as many original ballet, contemporary, and lyrical pieces.

    She is passionate about providing a safe space for dance education where students of all ages are welcome and encouraged to learn. She hopes to instill a sense of confidence and self-worth in her students.

ALICIA LE

  • David (Tuan) Le comes with over 30 years of dance experience and over 20 years of teaching. David is specialized in hip-hop and breakdancing. David began teaching for Just for Kix Organization in Austin, MN and then eventually at the St Cloud and Brainerd studios while he attended St Cloud State. Throughout his 9 years with Just for Kix, he was the hip-hop instructor at the St Cloud & Brainerd studios, summer youth camps in St Cloud, and High School dance camps in Brainerd.  

    David along with a good friend, created and ran a breakdancing organization at St Cloud State during his college career. This organization performed all over the community such as the Boys and Girls Club, Country Manor, and many other events in and around the St Cloud Community.  

    In 2010, David choreographed a hip hop piece for Stroia’s Halloween show and the rest became history as from that point on he helped backstage, choreographed additional hip hop numbers, and danced on stage under the Stroia name.

    Aside from dance, David also comes with a gymnastics background, being an ex-gymnast himself, he has worked as a spotter for Paynesville High School gymnastics and became an assistant coach for about 3 years. In parallel, David became one of the HIIT coaches at NorthCrest in Sauk Rapids, and coached gymnasts from all over the central MN area. David stayed with Company NorthCrest for about 5 years as a gymnastics coach, hip hop instructor, and acro instructor.

    Through all of these years, David has been blessed with so many opportunities to share and showcase his abilities as a guest dancer or a guest instructor. He creates a positive environment for his dancers and gymnasts. He instills not only dance and gymnastic skillsets, but a strong and positive mindset that his athletes can take outside of studio or gym to apply in their lives.  Expressing true confidence in yourself and showing it with pride is one of the top priorities for David, and movement through dance or gymnastics is a great outlet for this!

DAVID LE

  • Lily has trained in the Vaganova method for over 10 years. She has had the privilege of studying under esteemed teachers such as Breanna Dvorak, Alexander Smirnov, and Luke Tucker. She completed her training at North Ballet Academy and expanded her education with additional classes from the Paris Opera Ballet.


    She has performed in a variety of classical ballets, including Paquita, Raymonda, Swan Lake, Les Sylphides, and The Nutcracker. Passionate about ballet, Lily continues to focus on both her technical development and her artistic expression.
